Duta Vera Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for coffee, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of our warehouse.,Support the procurement team in sourcing new suppliers.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Passion for coffee and the coffee industry is a plus.
