MERIDIAN Lestari is looking for a dedicated and responsible Deputy Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to providing excellent service. This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and patrolling the premises to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Enforcing security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinating with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintaining security records and reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Assisting in the installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment.,Promoting a positive and professional image of the company to visitors and clients.,Working collaboratively with other security personnel and management to ensure a secure and safe environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and regulations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
