📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety and environmental management systems in accordance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and report on compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety and environmental considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Maintain and update safety and environmental documentation, including incident reports and training records.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for any potential incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mining, resources, or energy sector.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in using MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas as required.
