📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software,Monitor and maintain network and server performance,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools,Assist in the management of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve IT issues and improve system performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,1-2 years of experience in IT support or related roles,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols,Understanding of database management systems,Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
