📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in all laboratory operations, including sample collection, testing, and analysis.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.,Supervise and coordinate the work of lab technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct quality control checks and audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.,Train and certify new lab technicians, providing comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition and meets industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures, including sample collection, testing, and analysis.,Proven track record of successful team leadership and mentoring.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, GLP, or Good Clinical Practice (GCP).,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
