📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Provide exceptional product knowledge and demonstrations to potential customers.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales efforts.,Conduct regular store audits to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent service standards.,Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to enhance sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or retail, preferably in the appliance industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate products effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must; proficiency in other languages is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and customer meetings.
