📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.,Assist with cash handling and processing payments.,Promote our menu items and specials to guests.,Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and discreetly.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
