📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients.,Process various types of transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized teller station.,Assist clients with banking products and services.,Handle cash and check transactions securely.,Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in banking software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and practices.,Good knowledge of English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
