📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Managing a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Handling patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Managing the branch's budget and financial performance.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.,Participating in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system is beneficial.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
