Hotel Adi Bakso is seeking a talented Deputy Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Deputy Pastry Chef, you will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to ensure that our pastries meet the highest standards of quality and taste. You will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, as well as managing the pastry kitchen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries.,Manage the pastry kitchen, including inventory and staff.,Ensure that all pastries meet the highest standards of quality and taste.,Work with the kitchen team to ensure that pastries are prepared and served on time.,Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Train and mentor junior staff in pastry making techniques.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the pastry kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
