📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage and train a team of bartenders and bar staff to maintain exceptional service levels.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive inventory and procurement system to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Create and manage the bar menu, including signature cocktails and seasonal specials.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless integration between the bar and dining areas.
• Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bar management role, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing bar operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus.
• Understanding of local liquor regulations and health and safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
