📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
