In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized to support our business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensure they are up-to-date and followed.,Liaise with service providers to arrange repairs and maintenance, and negotiate costs.,Track and report on vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and safety checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
