📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and leading a team of crew members.
  • Ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the vessel's safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Planning and executing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Ensuring the vessel is well-maintained and in good condition.
  • Reporting to the senior management on the vessel's status and any issues.
  • Ensuring all crew members are trained and certified.
  • Ensuring the vessel's cargo is loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.
  • Valid Master Mariner's License.
  • Good knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Previous experience in managing a team.
