Duta Umar Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific area within our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development to ensure high standards of service.,Prepare and present regular reports on area performance to management.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve high levels of performance.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food handling practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
