Moon Urban Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the HR department.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
