Makmur Gilang Sembako is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
