📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of tax consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services to clients.
  • Providing tax advice and recommendations to clients on complex tax matters.
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.
  • Conducting tax research and staying up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting tax reports and analyses to clients and management.
  • Mentoring and developing the skills of junior tax consultants.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of tax services.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the tax practice.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
