📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both the company and candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
