📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
