Moon Gold Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Admin Finance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.,Work closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making.,Manage the company's budgeting and financial planning processes, including preparing and reviewing budget forecasts and actuals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation, and ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.,Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a financial or administrative capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in the use of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
