📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events from conception to completion,Work with the event planning team to ensure all details are managed effectively,Select and prepare menus that cater to diverse client preferences,Oversee the setup and decor of banquet venues,Train and supervise banquet staff to ensure high standards of service,Ensure timely and efficient service during banquet events,Manage client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event,Assist in the development and implementation of event strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or banquet service,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events,Strong organizational and multitasking skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with event planning software and tools,Creative and innovative approach to event planning,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for event management
