In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations, from managing vendor relationships to coordinating with our warehouse and distribution centers. You will use tools like SAP, Excel, and other inventory management software to streamline processes and improve accuracy. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will help implement best practices and monitor key performance indicators to ensure we meet our targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the procurement process by managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reorder points, and inventory turns.
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution centers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Use SAP and other inventory management software to track and analyze inventory data.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, purchasing trends, and logistics performance.
• Work with the team to implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with SAP or other inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
