📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of borepiles, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and laborers to plan and execute borepile projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Manage and optimize the use of equipment and materials to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including any deviations from the plan.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure timely and successful project completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in borepile construction or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant construction software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a work permit for Bali.
