As a Multi-Role Hospitality Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms, as well as handling front office tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Handle front office duties, such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, using our in-house Property Management System (PMS).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-presented.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking amenities and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring that all areas are safe and clean.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or front office roles in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Wyndham, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
