📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain legal documentation, contracts, and compliance matters
- Develop and implement strategic public relations campaigns to enhance our brand and reputation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, media, and the community
- Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments that may impact our business
- Prepare and present legal and PR reports to senior management
- Assist in crisis management and communication during challenging situations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in legal and PR
- Provide legal and PR support to project teams and other departments as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal or public relations, with at least 1 year in a construction-related role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and construction regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Proficient in using legal software such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar
- Experience with PR tools such as Cision, Meltwater, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
