In this role, you'll operate and maintain extrusion and lamination equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to strict quality standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and maintain high levels of efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain extrusion and lamination equipment, including but not limited to, extruders, laminators, and related machinery.
• Monitor and adjust production parameters to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and rework.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in extrusion or lamination processes, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.
• Familiarity with extrusion and lamination equipment, including extruders, laminators, and related machinery.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards relevant to flexible packaging.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as ERP systems, quality management systems, and production planning tools.
• Valid certification in extrusion or lamination processes, or equivalent experience, is a plus.
