As an M&E BIM Modeller, you will work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial buildings. Your daily tasks will include creating 3D models, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that all models meet industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive BIM models.
• Coordinate and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) and BIM Collaboration Format.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to the engineering team.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, with a focus on M&E systems.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Certification in BIM or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and their integration into building designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
