📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update vendor master files, including contact information, payment terms, and contract details.
• Prepare and submit payments to vendors, monitoring the payment process to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all payable transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, providing support in data analysis and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable, implementing improvements to streamline processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
