📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including guest service, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Learn and implement best practices in food and beverage service, kitchen management, and housekeeping
- Support the restaurant manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract high-end clientele
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership and management skills
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment for the team
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports and operational reviews
- Gain exposure to various aspects of the hospitality industry through cross-training opportunities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast) and inventory management software
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations within Bali
