📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide top-notch client support, including onboarding, account management, and issue resolution.
• Assist in the execution of trades, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report on trading activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the trading and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client support, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trading software such as MetaTrader 4/5, Bloomberg Terminal, or similar.
