📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of security architectures for our digital platforms.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect against cyber threats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Stay abreast of emerging security trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the security team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work with the APEC community to address regional security challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure the security of our clients' data and the integrity of our digital assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, with a proven track record of leading security initiatives.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Experience with security tools and software such as Splunk, FireEye, and Palo Alto Networks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
