📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their event needs and goals.
• Design and develop digital solutions for events, including virtual platforms, interactive experiences, and engagement tools.
• Implement and manage digital event technologies, such as event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and live streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, YouTube Live).
• Create and manage event marketing campaigns using digital tools and platforms.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients and event staff.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in digital event technologies, such as Eventbrite Certified Professional or Zoom Certified Professional.
• Proven experience with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and live streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, YouTube Live).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
