📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the coffee shop, including equipment and restrooms.,Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) with occasional need to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg).,Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
